That has rarely been the problem.
I can start projects, spot opportunities and find ways forward.
What I have needed to get better at is the other part.
Choosing.
When you see many opportunities, it is easy to think the answer is more time, more energy or better organisation.
Perhaps that is sometimes true.
But sometimes the problem is simply that too many things have received a yes.
I have started thinking more about fewer, bigger actions.
Not necessarily bigger in money or scale.
Bigger in importance.
Which two things would genuinely move something forward if they received my undivided attention?
And perhaps the harder question:
What am I willing not to do to make room for them?
I think that question matters more to me now than how to fit more into the day.
